- Synopsis: "This most recent collection of poems by Philip de Vos will entertain both young and old - again revealing the poet's sharp mind, his quirky, even absurd sense of humour, and above all, a tireless appreciation for the beauty in the everyday. His poems rely on a strict rhythmic metre, which adds to the pleasure of reading the poems out loud. The collection begins with a series of lyrical poems about the seven days of Creation, and it concludes with more than a handful of naughty quatrains"--Provided by Publisher.
